I am not afraid of highschoolers, I've walked with Lions!Who Am I
I am a the Biology, Ecology, and Anatomy & Physiology teacher at Dibble High School, wife, and mother to two growing rambunctious boys and one very large palomino quarter horse. I have a passion for learning and hope to impart that with my children and students. I treasure the time I have with my family and often use our experiences as examples in the classroom.
I graduated from Texas A&M University-Kingsville with a Bachelors in Animal Science and a minor in Ag Business. Immediately out of college I was a Health inspector for the State of Lousianna, and then a USDA Inspector stationed in Cactus, Texas. After having my children, I started my own business and volunteered with the Texas County 4-H as the Rabbit Club leader. I found my love of teaching volunteering with 4-H, speaking at local gardening clubs, and teaching dog training /grooming lessons.

1st Place Float Homecoming 2018
I worked with The University of Oklahoma's K-20 Center, as a participant in the CORPS project, to develop 3-Dimensional teaching and assessment strategies using the new Oklahoma Assessment Science Standards. Here is a picture of me, and some of the awesome Maysville teachers, developing 3-dimensional curriculum on a Saturday.
